I can't access the warm up quizzes. I keep getting this error:


You cannot access this game. If the issue persists please share a screenshot at student-support@quizizz.com Error code - #rcg-user.ACCESS_NOT_ALLOWED

I am in Chapter 5.

Hi Knox, 

I am trying to figure out the issue with this not working for you. Are you able to see the "Play Now" button on the warm-up?
