Whenever I click on the ‘play now’ of the warmup for any lesson, it loads and then say to ‘reload’ or ‘check for firewall issues’. If I reload the same thing happens.

As a moderator, you can either validate or reject this answer.This is happening for me as well. We’ve tried everything that is recommended by quizezz and when we “check for firewall issues“ everything is green. This is happening for all of the embedded quizezz. We’ve removed all content filters and ad blockers and that didn’t help.
I’m also on an iPad Pro but don’t have access to a laptop option which it looks like was the solution for Grace.
This is happening for all lessons that have the Quizizz warmup
Okay, I'm going to try reconnecting each of them. I will also add links for them as another option.
I realized the problem was I was trying to do the warmups on an iPad, and the iPad wouldn’t support the warmups. I tried doing them on a laptop computer and that worked. Thanks for all your help!
Hi Grace, I'm sorry this is happening. Could you let me know which lesson this is occurring on? Also, is this happening on all lessons that have the Quizizz warm-up?
